At Dulces Momentos Cakes -The class is intended to give the student a detailed understanding the components of the cakes . We believe that the secret to a delicious cake is quality ingredients. That's why we use only the finest ingredients in our cakes, such as fresh butter, organic flour, and premium chocolate. We never use artificial flavors or preservatives, ensuring that your cake tastes as good as it looks.

Hands on- The basics , learn how to decorate cakes with basic buttercream techniques . Ice your cake sharp edges -stock cakes- structural support techniques to create modern and traditional cake designs. Will teach pipe lines and make simple borders, letters and shapes on your cake. Fill and use a decorating bag. 

Hands on- You will develop new skills working with fondant and apply them to create shapes, borders, and much more. In addition , you will learn to cover a cake with fondant and will work to design and create complete project using all your new skills and techniques. 

Hands on- Cupcakes are easy to bake. but little tips and tricks will help you make the best batches. Come and learn with cake designer to make the prefect cupcake .  Piping class will included on this class. 

At Dulces Momentos Cakes - A four days masterclass that will equip you a huge range of baking and decorating skills. 

Our classes is aimed at complete beginners, or those who perhaps have some knowledge of cake decoration, but would like to expand their skills. It is ideal for anybody looking to set up their own cake business, or those that just want to polish their home cake decorating skills. 

All products for baking: eggs, flour, butter, vanilla or chocolate essence, cocoa, sugar and decorating products buttercream and fondant are included. You will take home your stunning creations to share with family and friends. A
